Hey Glamminers, welcome back!
I purchased the BOTTEGA VENETA small Brick Cassette bag recently from 24S (fave.co/3WjorMs) (not sponsored).
I’ve been wanting this bag for over a year! It looks chic and is also a rather spacious bag compared to other Bottega bags with similar price. It holds all my essentials and more. Apart from the superb quality of Bottega bags, they also have a wide range of color selections. The one I showed in this video is a newer color called Lotus. It's a pale pink/peachy color.
I do like this bag a lot, but the main reason I have not been able to pull the trigger sooner is because I can only carry the bag on my shoulder (I don't prefer just can hold it with my hands/at the crook of my arm) and the strap drop is still also pretty short for a shoulder bag, even for the longest setting.
However, I still decided to get it. The result is... the shorter shoulder strap drop was still manageable for me with the longer settings, but narrow opening of the bag was what drove me to return it... you may have noticed in the video, I was really struggling to put items into the bag because of the opening is really tight, since the zipper doesn't go all the way to the side of the bag.
My takeaway is, if you don't usually stuff your bag too full, or you don't carry bulky items, the tight opening may not bother you as much. Carrying this small brick cassette bag on the shoulder does look cute and stylish. I guess it's always a trade-off for designer goods.

Hi. Does the shoulder strap sit comfortably on your shoulder or does it have a tendency to fall off?
Hi there! The bag is actually pretty stable on my shoulder. My only issue with the strap is that it’s not very comfortable when I wear it as a crossbody (which I usually prefer) because of the press buttons. If you wear something thicker like a sweatshirt or a jacket, it’ll probably be ok

I bought a replica of a Chanel brooch for $20 to compare materials etc. The real brooch cost $800 and was made of the exact same materials - brass, synthetic pearls, glass. 🤦🏻♀ The other one is a $40 one *yutulu* Backpack Replica - also works for Compare - I can't find any difference and still use it for the gym 😅

Yes, mine smells like crayons too! It’s not like overwhelmingly strong, but I can smell that when I put it closer to my nose.
Nice. I want to try Mahogany or Rosewood. Dior 8 is nice, too. I have Ultra Pink and it gives so much pigment in one light swipe. Great for running errands; no touch-ups needed.
It’s beautiful but I think too small. I need readers and sunglasses to fit. A lot of Tory’s bags are too small.

I have not, apart from its size, the strap was also not very comfortable for me when I use it as crossbody, which is half of the time, so I decided not to keep it, even though it’s pretty

I'd say the deep brown leans towards cool tone, but most of the other shades have warm undertones

Could you compare Bitch Perfect to Runway Royalty and the new PT fair?
Pretty palettes, some of the colours look buttery in the Too Faced ones, do you agree? Some of those Hida colours are surprisingly dark for Spring, the lighter ones are very pretty though!
Too Faced’s palette looks pretty good on the swatch, and it also preforms well on the eye lids. I do agree with you the Huda palette is a little bit dark, I wish they have lighter colors especially for the shimmers :)

are these twist to sharpen or do you need a sharpener?
You’d need a sharpener. I just use the one for brow pencils. It may feel a bit hard to sharpen at the beginning as you’re shaving plastic, but it works well for me!

I originally got it from FarFetch, but they seem to have already sold out. Although I found it on Saks as well (fave.co/3sEcTXY), the croc embossed part seems to have a blue tint instead of the black that I have.
