    Another way to prevent food waste, lock that ice cream on the fridge and play a game, 87.45% of gamers dont want their phones greasy, same as women, but if its spoon foods try to jog or organize your house or at one point just be a lazy girl on the couch.

    good tips. personally I prefer to eat berries and nuts and drink the shake on the side. Leave my sugary kids cereal unadulterated!!!

    Thats not really an eating disorder. It says that shes overly full, which could be a sign of binge/overeating (obviously not good either but you know). Either way its still wasteful

    and I do agree but also
continuing to indulge bc it made me feel good or “just tasted too good!!” Is how I developed BED that was extremely hard to unlearn, because I started to feel like that EVERY time. Especially in America, there is so much garbage around us, you do still have to be mindful. It’s okay for some slight withholding now for long-term comfort and happiness

    Ya'll do realize the tip specifies when you're already full, but can't stop eating it. That IS disordered eating, therefor the tip is intended to help people with disordered eating (specifically overeating and/or binging)

    It isn't disordered when the text says they're full, you shouldn't go and eat more than you need to. Also what she did was wasteful so it isn't a hack either Edit: she just needs to practice self control, not ruin and waste the food
