Most legendaries don't evolve, why does a "pseudo" legendary need to, aside from it being an unofficial legendary, it feels like an arbitary rule tbh 🤔

Archaladon is better than psudo legends, same stats, but levels faster. Id say it is closer to legendary than the psudo legends.
