Sir i sale my property to one buyer registration is done.. nd as per terms and conditions in sales deed he has to pay me remaining amount to me by loan now he is saying he wants loan from SBI only as otherwise he will cancel the sales deed… as my property is approved by zila parishad SBI is not doing loan for property in which OC received from zila parishad…i told me we will do loan from other bank however still he wants to cancel the deed. Which i cant do because basis on his decision to buy my house i have taken a another property and whatever money he has given me as a down payment i paid to by other property. In this case can i do legally and ask buyer to pay remaining amount.

Or bank has to keep efforts to recovery the loan amount from creditor at first then if not recovered from surety subsequently.
