It's no secret, after over a year and a half of making weekly uploads, we dropped the ball. These past few weeks have been not only some of the hottest days here in Arkansas, but with the summer comes family vacations, and one of guys took a small trip further south to do just that. So now the break is over, and it's time to get back to work. Over the next few weeks we have lots of things in store and content coming your way so don't count us out just yet.

Is the handlebar you installed on the CVO ST available for purchase or was it a one off design?
Contact Rob with SBC Performance. He’s the one that built the bars and I believe he is offering them for sale. Just mention us and he will know what you’re talking about as far as bends and height.

How much are your swing arms?
You’ll need to message Justin directly. Price varies on things like finish, and whether or not you’re wanting to run aftermarket brakes or stock.

Where is the rear subframe from? And how are the bags mounted to hold weight in them? Thanks love the build
The subframe is made here by us, Mymachinist. It uses a brace system on the back side of the bag to hold the weight, retaining the factory two bags attachment bolts and adding two more on each bag. Bags stay sturdy and tight against the bike

Please, how can I get my hands on your passenger foot peg mod. I have the same white ST CVO and agree on your stock mod design keeping with the stock theme. The thrashin I have on there now looks a little out of place.

Yes, we used one of the removable plate mounts that slides on the bag and can be removed if needed
I’ve noticed a lot of exhaust companies put their O2 bungs in stupid places. D&D is one company that does it right. It’s almost like some companies never actually test fit their products.
D&D def has a great system that is easy to use and makes great power. I personally love the look of their pipes and with the saddlebags, feel it would have been a better look!

Can I use my Kraus risers on this triple tree?
Yes, the top tree works with any and all risers that are on the standard Harley bolt spread. We have seen Thrashin risers, stock risers, Arlen Ness, ect being used with these trees. Justin also offers a matching lower as well if you want to complete the look.
New sub here. Watched this video because I love the new road glide st. I think what you guys have done really bring the bike to that next level. I especially love the rear fender and bars. I’ll be catching up on the videos I missed. Kudos to you both for stepping outside the box with original stuff Justin certainly knows his way around a bike. Love the CNC stuff. I would love to see some type of mod for the rear lights. They just look to bulky back there with the new fender.
Welcome!!! And yeah, typically on these subframes, we incorporate a different set of small lights that are almost not noticeable when the lights are off. These make for a real clean look. We wanted to try something different with this one but trying to stick with as much genuine H-D parts as we could. They are big though for sure

I really like that back rotor replacement That will deffinetly be added to my black 2024 CVO ST I replaced the mufflers with a TAB performane 5" black chrome exhaust and a Bad Boyze extended seat. Also epoxy painted the front embossed Brembo rotors. Why that wasn't done from the factory, don't know. Your transforming a cool bike to the next level! Looks great! Ride safe brother!

Justin is able to produce risers to accept the 1 1/8” factory bar. As well as a few other companies out there.

Mymachinist, Boosted Brad, Forbidden Moto, I know can make and ship you a set of risers. You just have to make sure the clamping surface is 1 and 1/8” diameter and it will work

You’re correct. The shim he made is a 1/8” which is 1/4” when you add the two halves. My bad!

I have the twin to that 91! It’s an 87 fxrs-sp and at some point it was swapped out with the same two tone tins from 91. Dual disc with 39mm forks and a sportster windshield. Only real visual difference was that it has a TH!
The blue 91? Hell yeah. Is yours a center fill tank like the stock SP or does it have the speedo/tank on the tank
@@Me.MyMachinist.and.lYes the blue one. At some point the original owner replaced the 87 tins with 91 tins. Yes it’s center fill with a separate gas gauge. Tac and Speedo on the bars from the factory. I believe the original bars were sportster bars too.
I wish the blue bike had a center fill tank. I’ll trade you 😂

I own the same CVO ST at first I was unsure about these mods especially on CVO but I have to say you nailed it. It’s beautiful. It’s clean and it’s still a CVO! What an amazing build and in keeping the originality of a CVOST well done, fellas!!!

Yes, it is. Motor is completely untouched. And Thundermax just introduced a tuner for the 2024 in Sturgis the other day

Im not interested in the FXR, mostly the customization. If its not being done already, a good fabricator should build FXR frames and put them on the market for people with the FXR obsession.

@@Rollanotheronemyfriend The sell a fxr frame and full fxr builds, I don’t know if there still around but they did in 2013 to get out of the fat tire chopper craze and get into the fxr club style craze
There’s been a few folks to produce frames but not at a production level yet. I would imagine in a few years you’ll see a production frame that is built for the m8. However as all production frame builds go, a genuine Harley frame that’s been modified is always easier to insure and title. Plus resale value seems better on a factory Harley frame built bike vs. a custom frame
