How to play Betsy Ross Solitaire
Why the name "Betsy Ross?" Who knows. Maybe you know it as "Four Kings," "Musical Patience," or "Quadruple Alliance."
Either way, it's a fun game!

Come try out a new game! I kind of like it! Get ready for a science lesson at the beginning. I am a science teacher, after all, so that was bound to happen. It's a 5 minute game, with a 5/6 win rate. If you make a mistake, it's not cheating if the card could have been put in the "reserve pile." Right?

Hey! A new game is here! Similar setup to last game (La Belle Lucie) but definitely a more strategic way to play. I didn't realize HOW strategic you have to be, especially near the end. Take heed, viewer! Enjoy, and let me know what you think in the comments.

Time for another Solitaire game! Odds on this game? 1 in 10. More luck than strategy, but you have to keep your eyes open for all possibilities. I almost miss out on something near the end... not that I win, but still! I hope you enjoy it.

A classic strategic solitaire game! I've heard you can win EVERY time you play. Is that true? This definitely has a rough set up with the aces as you'll see... I sped through a bit of this video because of me sitting in thought for a bit as I planned out my strategy. Let me know what you think in the comments!

Hey look! A new solitaire game to learn! And a fancy new deck of cards from Theory 11. Not that they're sponsoring me. Yet. Wouldn't that be nice? Anyway, check out the Avengers deck I bought from them. Oh, and learn a quick solitaire game. Be ready to add numbers. Can you add to 10, 20, or 30? Then this game is for you!

Nice new and unique solitaire game - thanks for sharing.
Thanks! What’s your favorite card game?
@solitairee-man I just find solitaire card games in general interesting. This particular one you shared has that simple and relaxing addictive feel like what I get from mahjong type solitaire games. So I guess my favorite card game(s) are any of the simple casual relaxing types haha. Actually, 'Sequence' is my favorite card game to play socially - again, simple casual fun that can actually get quite exciting - I recommend to anybody who even slightly enjoys card games. I'm sure you can easily get more info on this card/board game on the internet if you have not heard of it.
@@Calibus71sure I know sequence! I get it, fun game! I’ve played the board game (my kids had the kid version once upon a time).
If you're lucky you MITE get up when the TITES* come down *pantyhose in UK is called tights. And in Ireland and Australia though many use both.
This is the most addictive solitaire game I’ve ever played. It’s challenging and odd to setup, but once I start, I can’t stop.
Was about to film this, but saw that you had already beat me to it.
Go ahead anyway! You have your own style and subscribers!
I saw this In an old book free to download on Google play books about solitaire or patience
Nice!
Best solitaire game.
It is fun!
😁👍
Close but no cigar, however it was your first game.
I was so confident I had it! Then all of a sudden I realized the kings messed me up… hah!

Where do you find the games? 😁 👍
An old book I stumbled upon from the 50s!
Try to add to fourteen instead of thirteen. Chances become much better.
New video!
Trying to get more regular with the game posts!
One of the classic solitaire games 👍
probably my favorite with the strategy needed over luck.
Espetacular solitaire game! Congratulations!
HE HAS RETURNED!
Once school is over for the year I suddenly have more time. That's weird!
Wow bro that is weird.
At 2:30 you should have moved the 10. That would have freed 2 cards 😊
Oops!
Just got 4 aces on top but i had a few cards on my hands sooo did i win even though,
No! All cards gone except those 4 aces!
Omg
How do you win?
Thank you for making these. Much appreciated.
Glad you like it! I hope to make more soon!
This works excellent on a school desk, finally found something to do during history class
8:06 Its not always best to move the King to the blank square. There's more moves available if he moved the 5♤ to the blank square first. I wrote it all out but my phone deleted it and i didn't want to re-write it out. But don't immediately move the King to the blank square as it can't go on anything, so it's stuck there then and you've lost your free slot.
Good tip!
What a hidden gem this channel is! I hope you start uploading again
Thank you! I will get back to it!
Do Golf Solitaire next. Pretty please with sugar on top.
Huh, that’s funny. Here I was playing idiot’s delight and only moving Aces to a blank slot. Yeah. I’m aware there’s a joke there.
Can you make more than four waste piles?
Best strategy is to start with the top right card (always focus on freeing up hidden cards - this is more important than playing aces, for instance), the seven of spades. Look for any red eights. There are none. Do the same with the six of spades. No red sevens. Five of clubs - one red six, but it is blocked by a black jack. Move the jack covering the six to the queen on the far right pile. Now move the red jack (and the red six) to the far left column. You can play the five on the six, freeing up a card. (It took an extra move, but I prefer playing the five of clubs over the five of spades because there are more cards hidden under it.) When you get to the three of diamonds, you will notice the four of spades, which you can move that pile to, freeing up a card. Continue with this method.
Great! You know your Yukon!

This solitaire seems to be commonly known as ‘Accordion’. Quite fun to play.
Yes it is! I figured out the name after I posted the vid. I read that you can lay out as many cards as you want to see how it folds inward, but most people go out to 13.

Hi there I've just found your channel and hope you upload more games, as I'm always on the look out for new games to play. This one's a good one I know as accordion.
Just looked this game up in my David Parlett book solitaire to see if anyone covered it and I saw your channel. Subscribed. I got a few videos of obscure card games, I would love for you to check it out.
