I grew up fighting. That's just what we did. Before school, after school, any time. We used to fight each other just because, just to do something lol.

I agree with this man. We know by now that animals feel. We know now that some animals have a sentience level that is maybe higher than others like elephants, some primates and dolphins , etc. Having government representation and treating them as higher sentient beings seems like a progressive step towards being worthy of being top of the food chain. We are here to care for these beings and not just exploit them for our gain. I’m not talking about hunting being bad or anything because most hunters that I know are more animal friendly than some vegans I’ve met. Hunters respect the cycle of life for the most part and have a deep care and respect for the animals and the land that they hunt. Poachers on the other hand have no respect and what they do is basically murder.
