Most people in Waldorf are moving a little more south to Hughesville now.

My wife and I look constantly, and there is very little inventory in California, and Leonardtown. We see mostly older homes that are in need of updating, or townhomes in California, and very few new builds. Any new builds in Leonardtown are $550k and up, it’s crazy! What happened to the $350-400k homes? I love Leonardtown, but unfortunately just seems out of reach for us.

Living In st Mary's it's cool to see all the crabbers (going crabbing each weekend on our boat) and fun to see the spots around town

We would put the oysters in a floating crab 🦀 pot for a couple weeks to clean them out. Try it sometime if you haven’t!
