That’s very cool, can you remember what strut top mount was used? There’s a little movement in the passenger upper (Peak District roads are poorly maintained) She’s currently sat at the moment. Doesn’t like to start when hot, when she does run there is a misfire I need to investigate. I suspect the carb is gunged up 🤷‍♂️ Some protesting going on 🤣 She will be at the social, Millie is sitting this one out this time

@@nickproofcertified oh cool! Thats be good. I am planning to be there too. Maybe with the rolling road set up but not working at the venues request. I think it came with the kit it's just an aluminium spring retainer. I think the actual top mount was Reginald capri. IIRC there is not decent way that thw agreeing angle is accounted for. Not bearing let like on any other modern car. But I'm a little rust on the details

@@johndaly2180 if I had stood up and moved forward could have been game over 🤷‍♂️ The altercation with the blue mini and the Ford Kuga was because of the same thing, the Kuga driver over took multiple cars on the wrong side of the road and almost hit the blue one, didn’t get that bit on camera unfortunately I hope the authorities do see it 😉

@@nickproofcertified I'm not a fiat lover since the last one I owned broke down 8 times on the way home. But still appreciate them as a classic. A mate brings me any time be buys one so I try find fault and talk him out of it 😂 he owns a mk2 hgt punto and an uno turbo

That E30 vette engine 🤯 I have a soft spot for the E30 as it is. But that engine was just mental. The standard of cars did not disappoint, I was a very cool event and extremely local, be rude not to 🤣

Thanks bud, really enjoyed capturing this event a little differently, like we said focusing on the one off cars more instead of the generic walk round. I believe there were 400 cars expected, wicked location very close to home that was awesome, be rude not to 😉 If I had to choose a fave id probably go with thae E30 with the vette engine. What a menace that would be! (And the neighbours would love me even more 😉)
