Use the Titanium Teeth Implant on NPCs / Players until the quest progresses
Use the 4th Hogyoku Fusion Form on OG Aizen.
After completing the quest, Ulquiorra will now be available in the Relics of The Past Menu for the Shadow Man NPC.
