Teachers are a real life hero by their perseverance, patience, understanding, care and love could make a student feel like they are valuable to persons and I wish there is a lot of teachers like the teacher in the video.

We can establish a successful classroom by monitoring and understanding our students' shortcomings and strengths, as well as encouraging and being patient with them.
