Dynamics of the Sugar Sub Sector in Uganda I EPRC - PRCI
EPRC embarked on a project in collaboration with the Innovation Lab for Food Security Policy Research, Capacity & Influence in a study analyzing how the existing sugarcane institutional arrangements contribute to sustainable and inclusive rural transformation.
The study also analyzed how existing arrangements coordinated cane production and processing enhance or hinder smallholder cane growers’ productivity and profitability and in turn their food security.
