all projects have their on nuances and scopes, please do call for a quote. However, most projects similar to this often fall in a 4 figure range

generally speaking that's excellent advice as a fresh seal coat could be damaged with the force of a surface cleaner. @@newshadespressurewashingse1579 agreed! this can be built very easily with basic plumbing knowledge. This particular filter barely processes 5 gpm, we've actually moved onto more custom built higher flow rate OWS utilizing the same technology/concepts

@@kcpowercleaninc I have a 5.5 gpm hotbox with a 10 gpm cold water at the moment so 5 gpm would work great for the current projects. Eventually I'm looking at picking up another 10 gpm with 2x 10 gpm hotboxes.

it really depends on the size, frequency, and condition of the concrete job. most pressure washing jobs range from $.02/sq ft up to $.50/sq ft most sandblasting jobs range from $1.50 sq ft up to 12.00 sq ft depending on many other factors are you just starting out? If so, i really recommend getting some legitimate coaching to help learn how to job cost, develop sku's and processes etc. it will pay off 100x over the next few years. Not trying to be rude or disrespectful but if this is an example of your market research & business planning, it's highly inadequate.

@@kcpowercleaninc it's not rude and yes just starting out. I've talked to few ppl on CZcams. Called a few blast companies and they were great with info. I need to start somewhere and instead of shooting from the him I pick ppl brains just to wrap my head around it. Your totally right very inadequate but there are no blasters around where I live and I know some blasters from other states I talk to everywhere is different. But little things with you telling me pressure washing $.2 to $.50 helps me out a lot. It gives me a range and over time I'll hone it in. Now I won't go and charge $2 per foot because you helped me with a range. I'm definitely over my head but I have to start somewhere and I really appreciate you taking the time to give me some ranges on prices. 🙏

much better control due to dry giving immediate feedback. wet grit makes the surface a mess and increases likelihood of operator failure/inconsistencies

this was a dustless sandblasting tool. i think prices ranges dramatically by area. i would suggest google'ing a service provider by searching "dustless blasting xyz area"

if by pinto you mean discolored and uneven concrete then yes, it's possible it can fix it and oftentimes does

@@kcpowercleaninc Yes, very discolored, dark and light, was that way right after it was poured. "Concrete Network" has some pictures of similar concrete that they call "pinto concrete." Do you do work in Carlsbad, CA?

that's fantastic, and my guess is that you are not in the SoCal market as our algae and roof moss grows radically different than you East Coast boys. Washon brother

​@@kcpowercleaninc I'm not sure that it grows radically different as much as people want instant results. If you soft wash some moss it's gonna take 30-60 days to decay and naturally decompose. It's not instant death and rinse away like algae is. Just gotta set customer expectations properly and guarantee your work. If you wanna get it done instant fast for the client, it's probably better to use a brush than a turbo nozzle tho 😬

Isn't that because SoCal moss and lichen won't detach unless pressure washed? A lot of people say softwash but that doesn't do crap to organic matter here in SoCal

@@miggys2853 i've tried on many occasions with no luck to softwash roofs in socal. i believe we're in a region that isn't favorable for softwashing although there are a few guys in SD that claim it works with decent results and some very HOT bleach
