Man, I wish I watched this video before I sent my prerecorded answer on your application process. This sounds like a great company. I have a similar story to buddy!I pray you move forward with my application! Great video !
How much do you charge to clean a Parking lot ?
Was a body draged thru there, an than they called the cleaners
Does that take the water and refilter it for use?
New buyer remodeling entire house - should be called sound blasting - Very loud - protect the ear drums!
Can you use it without being filtered just straight from the main line
Wow!
Im doing a pressure washing works at gas station and Starbucks locations people don't care about gums I do remove some today and next week there's is more, i don't understand people. I think it's easier to put it in a pice a paper towel and later throw in the garage can
Wow! Good job!
What is the dumping process you do for the solids where do you dispose of the waste?
What quimical you use
Your videos are very useful and provide lots of information. I have received lots of help after watching this post, please continue to share this kind of information. Thank you.
Thanks for the video. What color nozzle do you recommend?
I think chewing gum should be permanently banned globally.
czcams.com/users/shortszjFgbb6Ravk?feature=share
Soft washing is king now! 👑
where do i get one of these
WHY can't people just stop disposing of their gum on damn concrete!. Geesh!
Excellent video thank you for explaining.
Booya! GO TEAM KC!!
Where could I find that?
This is some awesome information
Glad it was helpful!
I have a bit of an odd question, would this work to help reveal more of an exposed finish if for instance the retardant didn’t penetrate into the finish as much as hoped for?
Thanks for posting. I’d only add to carefully inspect all safety equipment before each use. You never know what May have gotten bent, torn, cut, burned, run over etc since the last use. Listen to that voice in your head, if it says “I probably should replace this” then f-ing spend the few bucks that can keep you breaking your neck and replace it
How do you deal w lead paint? Test before blasting? Recovery systems?
yes, find a local partner who can provide xrf testing prior to blasting paint on any structure that's built prior to 1978
@@kcpowercleaninc Rough estimate for a Victorian house cost to have paint removed?
@@briantrenchard8700 we'd have to come inspect it. my guess is high 4 figure to low 5 figure project in SoCal IF it not lead
Are you able to tell us more about the new system you’re using?
no we can't unfortunately. all current processes are proprietary
@@kcpowercleaninc are you selling it?
How much does something like this run?
all projects have their on nuances and scopes, please do call for a quote. However, most projects similar to this often fall in a 4 figure range
Great vid and teaching!!!
That’s what it looks like when I pee in the morning
Wel that door is ruined😆
I saw a video on CZcams where the guy said never pressure wash asphalt with a surface
generally speaking that's excellent advice as a fresh seal coat could be damaged with the force of a surface cleaner. Please don't take think our CZcams Content is in any way a comprehensive suggestion for how you can become successful in this business. Most of this is for internal sales purposes to use for educating customers on a case by case basis. We treat every job as its own individual use case where all pain points and risks are factored into an accurate diagnosis
I have a serious problem on my clay roof. All the dust come into the house I just don't know if people installed bad or is because the they are a old style about 150 years and it can be older.
Without seeing it i don't know if I can be of much service. I'd only be speculating. Are you in our SoCal Market/area?
Great instructional video, thanks!
What media and psi
probably around 100 and crushed glass if i recall, it was a LONG time ago. frankly we don't do many small (or odd) items like this anymore
Can you please send me information on this?
This was a design from a company that I don't believe is still in business. They were called Water Treatment Technologies, but i think they went out of business a decade ago
@@kcpowercleaninc Thats cool but should be easy to reproduce. Not Cheap but everything is available still.
@@newshadespressurewashingse1579 agreed! this can be built very easily with basic plumbing knowledge. This particular filter barely processes 5 gpm, we've actually moved onto more custom built higher flow rate OWS utilizing the same technology/concepts
@@kcpowercleaninc I have a 5.5 gpm hotbox with a 10 gpm cold water at the moment so 5 gpm would work great for the current projects. Eventually I'm looking at picking up another 10 gpm with 2x 10 gpm hotboxes.
Were did you get your setup? I am looking for one.
How do you price cleaning concrete? Do you charge a $ amount per foot? Also what do you blast with for media and psi? Thank you for the knowledge very curious
it really depends on the size, frequency, and condition of the concrete job. most pressure washing jobs range from $.02/sq ft up to $.50/sq ft most sandblasting jobs range from $1.50 sq ft up to 12.00 sq ft depending on many other factors are you just starting out? If so, i really recommend getting some legitimate coaching to help learn how to job cost, develop sku's and processes etc. it will pay off 100x over the next few years. Not trying to be rude or disrespectful but if this is an example of your market research & business planning, it's highly inadequate.
@@kcpowercleaninc it's not rude and yes just starting out. I've talked to few ppl on CZcams. Called a few blast companies and they were great with info. I need to start somewhere and instead of shooting from the him I pick ppl brains just to wrap my head around it. Your totally right very inadequate but there are no blasters around where I live and I know some blasters from other states I talk to everywhere is different. But little things with you telling me pressure washing $.2 to $.50 helps me out a lot. It gives me a range and over time I'll hone it in. Now I won't go and charge $2 per foot because you helped me with a range. I'm definitely over my head but I have to start somewhere and I really appreciate you taking the time to give me some ranges on prices. 🙏
Why do you choose to shoot dry vs dustless?
much better control due to dry giving immediate feedback. wet grit makes the surface a mess and increases likelihood of operator failure/inconsistencies
Wow! great job. what equipment does this and where can I find it in south florida? Approximate how much is cost for an average driveway? I have stamped, colored concrete I want to remove ugly paint and seal.
this was a dustless sandblasting tool. i think prices ranges dramatically by area. i would suggest google'ing a service provider by searching "dustless blasting xyz area"
Did you find a company yet? What area are you in?
It's about $3-$5 a sqf for concrete
What would happen if you point that thing on a person?
it wouldn't be pretty
What abrasive medium are you using?
Kleen blast
This is super helpful I wish I was in so cal
Can this technique be used to fix "pinto concrete?"
if by pinto you mean discolored and uneven concrete then yes, it's possible it can fix it and oftentimes does
@@kcpowercleaninc Yes, very discolored, dark and light, was that way right after it was poured. "Concrete Network" has some pictures of similar concrete that they call "pinto concrete." Do you do work in Carlsbad, CA?
@@lw2373 yes we do service Carlsbad! Can u send us some details thru the get quote button our website? Ask for kris they will forward it over to me
how annoying is this audio lag on the screen video? someone ought to tell this guy to proof his videos before posting
I watched it in 1.75 speed and didn’t notice. Very nice video! Perfect introduction for someone who has tried cleaning my own concrete and failed, and looking for Pro thoughts.
Just cleaned two two story roofs this morning at around 2500 sq ft each both finished and neutralized before noon. WHO PRESSURE WASH ROOFS ANYMORE??? #AFLAC
that's fantastic, and my guess is that you are not in the SoCal market as our algae and roof moss grows radically different than you East Coast boys. Washon brother
@@kcpowercleaninc I'm not sure that it grows radically different as much as people want instant results. If you soft wash some moss it's gonna take 30-60 days to decay and naturally decompose. It's not instant death and rinse away like algae is. Just gotta set customer expectations properly and guarantee your work. If you wanna get it done instant fast for the client, it's probably better to use a brush than a turbo nozzle tho 😬
You talk to much..
Hi I'm trying to start my power washing business and I admire your work and the way you motivate your employees my goal is to get at your level boss !
thanks for the kind words, hope it was half as inspiring as my team is for me
Can there be more than one person per anchor/lanyard?
no
What unit brand are you using to remove the sealer, (sand blaster)?
this was shot with a db500 pot - obviously shot dry. any multimedia commercial pot would suffice for this project
How much pressure is being used?
we use high pressure, about 3000 psi
Isn't that because SoCal moss and lichen won't detach unless pressure washed? A lot of people say softwash but that doesn't do crap to organic matter here in SoCal
@@miggys2853 i've tried on many occasions with no luck to softwash roofs in socal. i believe we're in a region that isn't favorable for softwashing although there are a few guys in SD that claim it works with decent results and some very HOT bleach
@@kcpowercleaninc thanks for the reply. I've seen you guys around as I'm also in Orange county whenever I'm on the lawn care route. Last time I seen y'all was in Yorba Linda by Grandview & Mountain View Ave.
