When I think of invasives , the Bermese pythons , iguanas and whatever else is running loose in S Fla., along with kudzu everywhere. If you were talking about same species as Bradford pear , I've seen them growing in our woods. This was a very good topic and several of the plants you mentioned I didn't know about. It's a good idea before planting anything to research it. Thanks for sharing
Thxs fellas .
Thank you Daniel. Great message. Hope everyone has a great week.
Thank you! Have a wonderful week!
Appreciate you greatly Pifer! Loved this!
Appreciate the encouragement sir! Love your input and contributions! The Lord is using you in a big way!
@@danielpifer9222 Any use I am is typically when I stay out of His way after handing him my tiny fishes and loaves.
@@tymiller4743 I love that mindset. I’m also going to steal that!
Thank you Dan!!
Of course!
Cannot wait to see how you build your doe factories!!!
🤣we build big buck factories!😂
I just started to listen to this program. I am truly enjoying it!!
Will an audio version of BW book be available?
Great news about the new show! Congratulations to all of you guys! I am excited to see the show this fall.
I appreciate the message and encouragement, look forward to it each week!
Same here! Have a wonderful week!
Thank you for that message!
Of course! Hope the Lord spoke!
Be careful with chicken poop it can be hard on your turkey population.
Nice message 🙏
Thank you!
This sounds like a great venture. Keep up the great work. Glad to see a real down to earth hunting show coming
Terry, you mentioned a podcast your buddy has. I thought you called it small acre hunting. Is that available on Spotify? I can’t seem to find it.
😊 Dream Big brother 🙏
Looking forward to the new show!
Can't wait til the show launches. Enjoyed the podcast. Can't wait for bow season to start.
Love the show respect you guys but can we get back to hunting deer.
If I had to pick a dream team it would definitely be these 3 young men.they are so successful at what ever they do. what great people they are. thank you so much you guys have made me such a better christian.
Will these shows also be shown on CZcams or tv only? Thanks
youtube on the same channel as the podcast .. THIS one!
Joe have you thought about saddle specif camp for saddle hunting with no drafts &pocket design for saddle hunting thank you
Congrats guys
Couldn't shoot a buck cause he was 3.... smh that's crazy
Don so when is your deadline for summer projects.....i have blind repair, trail trimming, reopen some shoot lanes, not to mention food plot maintenance......when is.your cut off......mine is labor day......are you saying i should stay out even in the summer?
it depends on the project and exactly where on the property it is happening
@@chasinggiantswithhigginsou6147 thanks.for the quick reply.......most are in the perimeter however my son only can get off for gun is the most interior ...most of our bucks are shot prior to that.....nothing like your bucks but 2-3 yrs old in mich
As for project it's just trimming lanes and such......then I do plan to be on the food plot in august
@@johnoblak9631 you should be fine. The bucks probably arent there now but the sooner you can get it done the better
Your political predictions were 100% correct about trying to kill Trump and Biden dropping out.
I understand so much what Don means. I absolutely love the chess match, the chase, everything about the hunt up until I release the arrow. Releasing the arrow is the part I don't like because it's over.
Great message, thank you
How many times do you put out? The smoke Dear lower.in the fall.
Can't wait to you Don share in the northeast. At Little Mountain Outfitters on Sat nite. Safe travels 🙏
EHD recovery of herd: Trigger control of night time DNR snipers would he nice. Take out the deer with hunters only perhaps (or not).
Deer being selective feeders, perhaps don't need the maximizer minerals since they get it elsewhere. Maybe deer don't need ANY mineral supplements at THAT property. Just saying.
Loved the reference to Outdoors with the Morgan's. I watch/listen to his content also.
Hey Don and Terry u don't have to try this but u should check in with BMB Matrix
Don one thing I wish you’d put on the master academy is a video series and break downs of all the plots you put in
Thank you Ty. Great message. Hope everyone has a great week.
Thank you for this message!
Our bucks are showing no more growth than any other year.
Love the show keep on keeping on
Wanted to say thanks for your time up here in Wisconsin ! i thought between good questions and food it couldn't have been better !
My guess is Whitetails academy will be fine. Jake is one of the best interviewers I've ever seen. God bless.
Thank you
Terry, I listen to the show for both of your inputs! Don’t sell yourself short at the end! You concisely articulated goals that closely align with mine! Keep up the good work gentleman! You guys are the best!
and toward your land management practices, Terry, maybe you'll figure out which of your own cull bucks at different age classes need to go in order to keep a booner on your land (a lesson from Don) to work toward your 160 goal.
I lost 1 fawn on my place.
My cameras are out, moved a stand, this year is going to be interesting
Dream Big brother 🙏
I feel like half of your show is now consumed with plugging products and your friends. Can we get back to focusing on hunting, please?
Happy to report 0 fawn deaths cutting hay or wheat.
BOOM 💥
Hey don I was just listening to the podcast and I actually build them swamp mats😊
John Z, here's a crazy idea that could work. Can you dig a hole like your ball and burlaping, but just put the pots into the holes to keep em out of the sun?
the problem is that the roots grow out of the holes in the pots and into the ground, then it becomes like digging up a field grown tree instead of a potted tree and that can only be done when the tree is dormant
@@chasinggiantswithhigginsou6147 and this is why you're the expert! Lol
@@travisshuttleworth630 well I hesitate to think that I am an expert at anything but I do have a lot of experience with growing trees using various methods. There is a growing method called "pot in pot" where a pot is buried in the ground and then a piece of cloth-like material is layed in it and then the pot with the tree is placed inside the buried pot. The cloth keeps the roots from growing into the ground and yet still allows water drainage. It is a fairly good method but requires a lot more water than field-grown trees and more expensive than most. See, your idea wasnt a bad one at all!
@@chasinggiantswithhigginsou6147 how long would you think it'd take for the roots to grow out of the pot? Say if you were going to transplant them to their permanent spot in September, would the roots grow out of the pot and into the ground that quickly?
@@chasinggiantswithhigginsou6147 also, I've been playing around with trying to grow trees from the seeds inside of the fruit. I've been starting them in solo cups and only like 25% are still alive(planted February). Should I start them in larger pots instead of starting them in cups then transplanting them into pots? I just don't have a ton of room in my basement to start them during winter that's why I started with solo cups
