I make custom LEGO creations, ranging from pneumatic engines to wind-powered Strandbeest walkers.
I typically upload videos about the following:
- LEGO Pneumatic Engines
- LEGO GBC designs
- LEGO Kinetic Sculptures
- LEGO Technic Super Cars and RC vehicles
- LEGO Strandbeests and their development
I do not sell my LEGO builds, but you can find instructions for some of my models in the video descriptions.

LEGO GBC Module: Leg to Leg
Noticing the flat paths made by the walking mechanisms of my LEGO strandbeests, I decided to try a GBC module using the same mechanism. Similar to Akiyuki's "Fork to Fork" module, this GBC features several interlocking rods which hand the balls over to the next. Unlike the Fork to Fork module however, this one moves the ball in a straight line, compared to the bobbing motion of Akiyuki's module. This GBC also features a modular output section with a spiral ramp leading down to the next module.

10 LEGO Mechanisms in 100 Seconds
zhlédnutí 2,4KPřed 2 měsíci
10 LEGO mechanisms in 100 seconds... and yes the video is actually 100 seconds. CZcams might show it as 1 minute and 41 seconds but the actual file is 100 seconds flat, trust me :) Before moving on to a Mechanical Principles 11 video, I wanted to showcase some of the mechanisms from the previous videos all in one build. I simply chose them based on the most interesting mechanism I found from ea...
LEGO Holiday Toy Factory
zhlédnutí 1,8KPřed 8 měsíci
A LEGO holiday toy factory model that magically paints toys and packages them into presents... or is it magic? The sleigh is based off of set 40499, but due to a lack of time I decided to order the parts from bricklink and it isn't an exact copy.
LEGO Wind-Powered Strandbeests Generation 2 | Wind Vanes
zhlédnutí 4,2KPřed 9 měsíci
The strandbeests learn to capture wind from all angles, allowing them to walk in any direction independent of the wind direction. I plan to post more detailed information on the development of the strandbeests on my website in the near future. The new larger strandbeest is based on @diywalkers7898's Strider v3 linkage, it works wonderfully but I replaced the long metal rods with a heavy duty fr...
Building the Ultimate LEGO Trammel of Archimedes
zhlédnutí 2,7KPřed 10 měsíci
In this video I build and motorize a large Trammel of Archimedes from LEGO. It has 4 arms and 8 different slots for the arms to slide through. It can be used as a separate toy as demonstrated at 1:26, or it can be a mesmerizing kinetic sculpture by motorizing it with a stand, shown at 3:03. For more information, please watch this video with subtitles on. The motorized stand and the shuttle for ...
LEGO Toyota Land Cruiser 80 Series | Episode 4: Interior
zhlédnutí 3,9KPřed rokem
In this episode, I focus in the interior of the car but also add on to existing functions. Other changes not mentioned in the video: - I still plan to make this car lpe powered. Obviously the engine bay is completely full, so my plan is to make the seats removable and a i6 lpe engine can fit inside the passenger area instead. It will most likely bypass the transmission and connect straight to t...
LEGO 1:8 Scale Heavy Duty Live Axle Suspension
zhlédnutí 8KPřed rokem
A quick video showcasing front and rear 1:8 scale live axle suspension designs. These are the most recent and revised suspension setups that have developed for my ongoing Land Cruiser 80 Series project. The driving axles have been reinforced using 2x2 round bricks to limit axle twist. Since both front and rear setups use a ball joint, it was sturdy enough where no panhard rod was needed. Free i...
LEGO Pneumatic Engine - Compact Inline 6
zhlédnutí 7KPřed rokem
My most compact Inline 6 LPE using the medium sized cylinders. It does ~500 RPMs at 50 psi and can easily turn 7 stationary LEGO clutch gears. Considering the size of the cylinders and valve mechanism, this may be the most compact LEGO Inline 6 ever with these sized cylinders. Please turn on captions for additional information. Valve mechanism inspired from Nicjasno's Coki Inline 4. Free instru...
LEGO GBC Module: Mini Wheel and Steps
zhlédnutí 4,9KPřed rokem
This custom LEGO GBC module features a small wheel followed by a stair lift. The concept of these mechanisms are relatively basic, but I had the design for the mini wheel sitting around, so I decided to use it in a small GBC. I also added a modular output ramp, which can be easily detached in storage. All of the components are housed in a sturdy, "Akiyuki" style frame. Instructions can be found...
LEGO Technic Monster Truck 4x4 Chassis
zhlédnutí 8KPřed rokem
This LEGO 4x4 chassis features live axle suspension, 3 steering modes, very high ground clearance, and lots of torque. Two XL power function motors power the car, with portal axles for extra gearing. I intended this chassis to be versatile enough so that you can build your own bodywork upon it. To see this chassis in use, I used it in the following video: czcams.com/video/bCijzMcBGEk/video.html...
LEGO Holiday Train Diorama

Mechanical Principles demonstrated with LEGO 10
zhlédnutí 187KPřed rokem
In this video, I demonstrate 5 useful mechanisms in LEGO. These ones are more centered on assembly-line mechanisms (for an upcoming video), but I hope it can be used in other applications as well. As this is Mechanical Principles 10, I most likely will pause this series for a while. Do not worry though, I still plan to demonstrate interesting mechanisms in the future. LEGO Wind-Powered Strandbeests
zhlédnutí 19KPřed rokem
I brought 2 of my LEGO strandbeests to the beach. They work great in the wind and had no issues with getting stuck in the sand. I designed them to work smooth enough to be powered off the wind, no batteries or motors power the strandbeests. The joints and crankshafts were a little rough afterwards from sand and salt water, but I believe this is unavoidable. I plan for Generation 2 to be able to...

A custom motorized LEGO camera dolly, with 4 wheel steering and 4WD. It utilizes a worm gear for steering, enabling precise adjustments while keeping the wheels locked. You can also fit a DSLR camera on, using a DSLR LEGO mount shown in the video.

Hi, instructions are pretty much done and I just need to look over them one more time before publishing them. I will try to finish them in the next few days and you will find a link to them in the description. I can also reply to this comment again with the link when it is complete.

Any chance you have a parts list and instructions on how you did this? Id love to re-create it with my kiddo.
Hi, thanks for your interest in building this. I actually didn't expect anyone to ask for instructions for this model given how large it was going to be, so unfortunately I have not made a parts list and instructions. However, I have been loosely documenting my progress in the previous episodes in this build series. I would suggest trying to look at those videos for more angles to reverse engineer it as best as you can, and I can provide more specific pictures if needed. Just know it is quite an ambitious project but by all means go for it!
Can u pls show in strut on
Been a while since you uploaded! Nice & slick video!

Neat! 😮
2 of those suspension types remind me of the double wishbone suspension and 2 more of them remind me of an independent swing axle suspension
woah ! ima go try to make this! hopefully i have enough pieces
This is awesome

The v8 engine sounds like Diesel truck
Doesn't work
Hi, there are a few things you can do to troubleshoot the engine if it isn't running: 1. Double check to make sure the engine timing is correct and the timing arm is in the right pinhole. 2. Ensure there are no leaks anywhere, especially in the valve and any ports with tubes on them. 3. Check for any axles sticking out or rubbing on other pieces, and that everything is smooth when you manually turn the engine. 4. Everything might be working just fine, but you may need to give the engine more pressure! I would say try the engine at a pressure of at least 15-20 psi, the engine can run at lower pressures but just for testing purposes, try this out. 5. If none of these work, please let me know in more detail what the problem is or what you notice so I can give better feedback.

I really like this but what I don't like is all the non lego parts and glue and chopping of parts
Cool build!
Do you have a Building instruction of this axle because i want to bulid an offroad Truck ? Best regards , Linus
Hi, unfortunately I do not have instructions for the axle at the moment, I may make some in the future but as of now I do not have any. You might also want to look at Episode 4 of my Land Cruiser videos, you may make out more details of the suspension so you can reverse engineer it.
Really nice job 😊

Can you make a video with instructions? I would really appreciate it. And also, I want to see the bottom of the engine, to check how every piston is connected and what is the moving sequence between pistons
Bro where can I build
Hi, unfortunately there are no building instructions for this at the moment, I might get around to making some later but as of now none are available. For the moment however, you can try to pause the video and reverse engineer it as best as you can. If I make instructions though, I will be sure to post them under this comment. Sorry!

Make a 4 rotor
pls post a video on how you made it PLEASEEEE!!!!!🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
I want to build suspension #1
Can someone plz make a tutorial video for this engine no one makes a tutorial plz make one or help me find one 🙏

did you use modified pistons there?
Yes, the cylinders had their ports drilled out for more airflow, and the inside of the cylinder was lubricated.
