My suggestion - Let the client add me as an admin of their business manager. Then I can invite my business manager as a partner since I'm an admin of his biz manager. After that I can set up all his biz details with the client on a zoom call. Job done.

Hey Billy, I've just gotten a potential real-estate client that I recruited for someone else, but the owner (17 yr old boy) butchered the meeting. However, the client is still interested in getting real estate leads through facebook ads. The problem is, I haven't run facebook ads yet and i don't want to mess it up. I also don't have any cash to hire a contractor on upwork or fiverr. Any suggestions?

I wouldn't say college is for lazy people, but it's definitely a smart choice to practically guarantee a certain level of income for those that aren't super motivated. If someone is all about the hustle and has ideas that are working and should be scaled up, then yeah, college probably isn't the smartest. Although for starting your own business, being an alum of the right school can really help out with getting that VC money for quick expansion.
