EGGcellent video instruction. I have a couple questions, where did you get the cast iron skillet with the two side handles? What size is it? I have the XL egg and it looks like it would be perfect for that. Also, when doing pizza, what is the ideal temperature for the pizza stone (checked with an infrared thermometer)? I've done two pizzas and have burned the bottoms really bad. One I did with the eggpander & pizza stone on the grill grate, the other with just the pizza stone on the grate. Both seem to get too hot. Please let me know.

You are completely wrong! Checking with Nathenâs, Ball Park, Oscar Mayer, Boarâs Head, Sabrettâs, Sahlenâs, and Hebrew National. All their beef hotdogs are precooked and safe to eat out of the package. Sorry to have to correct you.

Living in Western NY, I have to say a Sahlen's natural casing with pork is the best. That Zwiegals someone mentioned is also a good dog.
3:04 Significantl signs of over boiling.I've been eating ocotpus whole my life and tasted all types of differetnly cooked and even raw octopuses I can easily tell when its over boiled.If the skin comes off and peels iitself, then you missed the optimum.

Of all the nationally available hot dogs, Hebrew National are best. Tasty and I never worry about the contents since they are certified kosher.
First timer here. Good video, but for those who are just starting you should show the temp on the food. Some get a little paranoid if they don't temp their food.

You don't do the Nathan's justice by going with the skinless version (Sabrett too). The best hotdogs are Rippers from Rutt's hut in NJ... They are deep fried until they rip and are magnificent.

yeah, baloney and hot dogs are the same mystery meat goo in a tube. the only difference is the size of the tube.
Nathan's and I buy about 10 packages when they go on sale. Great even just on a steamed bun but I usually put mayo, mustard, diced fresh tomato , onion and pickled jalapenos if I have any. Boiled as grilling seems to make hot dogs too salty for some reason. Don't care for Hebrew, BP, or OM. Haven't tried the others. Costco brand I'll buy but bar s and the such I'd just rather not eat at all.

I don't even have to watch this. Sabretts are inferior to Dietz and Watkins All Beef Hot Dogs, Bear All Beef Hot Dogs, Zweigle's Red Hots, Zab's, and probably many others. I have never been overly impressed with them.
My granddaughter is a vegetarian. This will make a very happy surprise for her.
