I have thought for many years that the EPL has been ruining football! The amount of money that teams are spending is outrageous! They have inflated the market so much that even average players are being bought for £40million, given long contracts with crazy wages which means teams in smaller leagues like the Eriedivision, SPL, the Portuguese league, etc simply can't compete! Also the fact that the "Champions League" allow teams that finish 2nd, 3rd and 4th in the top 5 leagues to compete in the competition means that money that could be going to proper champions of the "smaller" leagues is going to teams that shouldn't even be in the competition!!

I do not understand the economics of letting players go for free or who would let that happen(Free Transfers?) I understand the Gazprom situation, they lost a huge sponsor in good ole russia. Then covid lol.. Whom makes these terrible decisions? I have been lucky enough to be at Veltins Arena and have seen them play. Its an awesome place. Some people are making alot of money IMO.
