Hello from the mobile notary from LA(lower Alabama). I ask what percent of your personnel are over 50,60 and even 70 years old. I was laid off at 67 along with all age 60 and older. For several years I got calls for my knowledge. I am 73 and still get calls for MY knowledge. Look at your knowledge base...you may be your own problem.
How does one get in touch with Crawford and Company regarding a claim? I’ve been waiting so communications from you for weeks .
Such technology etc is only needed for those of ummm shall I say handicapped.invalint..mammed.etc..not needed if their team is of maximum..or minimal normal human ummm..nature..

Six months for handling simple claims?!? Almost a year later and having to deal with your inept contractor (Topmarx Building Restoration) who decided that they didn't want to do the job - we're still no closer to getting things resolved!
I'm so thrilled for you that Crawfords has been beneficial to your career. Sadly, that has not been my experience. Trying to run my business during my subsidence claim has been incredibly damaging to my career due to the unnecessary stress that the handlers have caused due to the mismanagement of the claim. I have had to take on hundreds of hours of extra administrative work doing Crawfords job (such as arranging visits and monitoring etc). I have lost my home and been forced to undergo a house move. I have been forced to live in a hideously dilapidated and dangerous house, covered in mould. I have suffered serious aggression from my neighbours who feel aggrieved at the condition of the house.
Rather than make explainer videos, you need to address your basic administrative processes. It has been over 3 years with my claim and thousands of emails and phone calls. I have had to personally manage all the individual quotes and chase every single monitoring reading. It is unacceptable that emails and cases are not handled systematically. You need a portal to track the claim that can be shared with the client. Do not waste your time and effort on videos such as this before addressing the basic day to day processes that have a critical impact on your claimants lives. Overall a disgracefully unacceptable service.
You could probably do this much easier with a drone.

Sad to say , Brodspire insurance company , delays, denied treatment, mileage, and prescriptions also should be reported to department of insurance and sued for lack of service that is paid for....!
