I installed these on my 2018 Ford Explorer, but once I start the car they do not work. They only work when the car is off. Is there any way to fix this?

Definitely easier to install than the rear hatch lights.

The kit comes with a bunch of parts that are not in the video or on the instruction sheet. What's the adhesive promoter for? Where do the soft pad strips go? Etc. a nicely made product with poor instructions.

Do you have the ability to add some cross bars? Yours or others?
