It's not just caffeine. My god. If only that were it, so easy! This disease goes back at least 4 generations in my family, but good to know that if my great grandmother down to me just quit the caffeine we'd have had zero pain, and one of my great grandmothers wouldn't have had a mastectomy at 27 because they mistook a fibrocystic lump for cancer in the 1900s. But yeah, let's blame caffeine when genetics, age, hormones, and birth control have a significantly higher impact. No, let's make women women just ache and feel tired as well. Wow.
