Our CZcams channel is focused rescuing and restoring classic/exotic racing sailboats and recreational sailboats. Weekly How To videos to help you rescue/restore an exotic sailboat for a fraction of the cost of buying new. We also cover project boats that make sense and how to avoid money pits. Our current R&R projects include a 1971 Star by Buchan sail number 5525, a 1985 Star by Exact sail number 7140, and a 1976 Vanguard International 470 sail number 1358. I also am working on an early Force 5 which is a single hander. Our videos are designed to help fuel your passion for sailing without breaking the bank. I made this basic sailboat racing vocabulary tutorial for our sailing club. Many of us newbies, including myself, are confused by the racing terms and jargon. This video was created to make the racing experience fun and exciting by removing some of the confusion surrounding these common race training terms and jargon.
