Integers - Number Line | Grade 6 | CBSE | SSC
Hi Friends,
This video is about integers. you can introduce integers in a very fun way to children.
The activity requires:
1. A simple black and white number line
2. Black and White dice
3. Player piece
Remember when we start teaching integers don't use numbers. We start by playing a simple game.
Game can be played by 2 players. Rules are as follows:
1. Both the player will start from red dot marked zero.
2. Player 1 will hide one dice in each hand without showing other player.
3. Player 2 will choose a hand with dice.
4. Player 1 will roll the dice selected.
5. If the dice rolled is black the player needs to move player piece towards black portion. similarly if it is white you move it towards white side.
6. The game will continue in same format.
7. Remember you move towards white or black side from current position.
8. Your goal can be whomsoever gets to highest white count in 5 dice roll.
After this introduce numbers to the students.

Hi Sir. The activity is to make own protractor. We teach children measuring angle by counting peaks on protractor. Idea is to make them understand measure depends from which arm u start counting.

Can you tell what happen in activity 1?? Can you explain it
The activity is to show force and surface area relationship. When we use one pin at a specific point the balloon busts easily but when the surface area where the force applied increases the balloon doesn't bust as easily.
