Yess i suffering from this 3 4 years

I have head to toe problem, my whole spine is bad, discs, mussels and all joints are bad and giving me pain 24/7, but i know back surgery mostly will make it worse, i just keep on doing exercises and physio therapy, pain killer doesnt even help much at all. I feel ur pain, because i live in this pain.

Broo , don't go for microdisectomy . Go for endoscopic spine surgery which is the best .. I have bilateral massive disc prolapse, I went to Dr pankaj Trivedi (NEUROSURGEN) in punjab vasal hospital where I undergone PELD (PERCUTANEOUS ENDOSCOPIC LUMBER DISECTOMY with laser assisted ) . I am from west bengal and went for surgery to punjab , because I believed that it is the best for disc prolapse . There are many advantages of endoscopic surgery 1. Under local anesthesia 2. Less blood loss as it is underwater surgery 3. Less hospital stay 4. Negligible pain 5. No stiches I am returning home tomorrow and my disc prolapse is fully gone 😊

Use simple plastic chair for sitting Your chair is wrong. If u use these so called ergonomic chairs, this problem ll continue. I got slip disc on the day i sat on amazon bought ergonomic green soul chair worth 11,000 rs

2 years now feeling worst not able to go out , getting dehydrated everytime i speak for 15 min Shown to 5-6 surgeons and spine doctors. Tried PT for 2 week nothing helped... Doing continues exercise as per neurologist. Taking tablets like gems 😑 still nothing work. Went ayurveda 2 sittings no recover. Now im going for spine Decompression next week. Lets hope for good ✅
