High Performance CPR VIDEO (Side by Side Comparison)
We really need to start labeling these videos based on where they are at. I understand protection of the departments and things like that. But putting these random videos up for people that need the extra education is quite dangerous. A lot of people have said as well as I will say, that fly needs to be facing the other way. How are you going to rescue victims without getting them over the jump of the fly section? Where I’m from our practical tests will fail us if we follow this video. I suggest you label this correctly or take it down. If this will pass in your area, mark the area. I don’t understand why getting educated in this profession is so difficult. I’ve had problems with my instructors not being involved as much as they should and then I see stuff like this on the internet when I try to get education elsewhere. If you guys want to really pass the torch on to the next fire fighters you’re going to have to do better. And I mean that with as much respect as I can give. This is not an easy profession. For some areas it is. But for real people trying to make a difference I think the effort from the fire fighters need to be mentored a bit. I really hope someone takes that initiative. God bless
Shouldn’t the fly be out and then they flip the ladder?
Interesting👍
CovidImages need to be invested more than half19
the sound is not good I am quite disappointed
so touching for an excellent video
Great information.
Windy day for ladders haha
Shuot out sayo kapatid
Didnt even check for overhead obstructions
Cake. It's aluminum! We used 26' fiberglass ladders at Pacific Telephone. That was heavy!
Thanks for the idea. Much easier to do when the victim is not in a panic.
I wasn’t able get audio. Only music
Fly needs to be out.
Who the hell taught you to cary a ladder like that? Fly should be out!!
Daniel long - I noticed that too. I know some manufacturer ladders with fly under base...maybe this is one of them.
Nobody taught me how to set up a ladder. That's why I'm here, I'll probably just wait for my boss to get here and show me how to do it
Probably the fire academy. They teach us the most difficult way to raise the ladder.

wtf?
Nice setup. When can we see it in action?
Fly section should be out
Thanks in Iraq
Is the vic alert for this simulation or no?
Great job . Was wondering should the fly be out and not in
Great job, Thank you
Why didn't he flip the ladder around 180 degrees when he was done??? Fly should be out, halyard in.
Some departments don't do it like that since it takes valuable seconds and will only provide the ladder with about 40lbs more carrying capacity. The ladder wont snap in half if it goes over 750lbs, it's just let manufacture instructions they recommend to flip the fly out for more weight security. Hope this helps
this video is a joke
