My first car was a 64 Dodge Polara 500 318. Black with red bucket seats. $450 back in 1969. First car I ever drag raced and won a trophy 🏆 the first 2 times out! That started my 10 year drag racing career running a 340 Duster and Demon. Lot's of trophys and cash and a few National Records. The 70s were a great time to be alive!😀

I've been trying to figure out how the ultrasonic works on my one , I had a problem with the fan at the ultrasonic unit but I fixed it it's working like a dream, but I have no Idea how it vibrates the basket . My one was out of sink when I bought it and first time I turned it on it broke one of my jars 😂, but I figured all this sinking out , took me a whole day , thank for my Macgyver skills

I bought the Johan 64 super stock kit then picked up a Lindberg 64 330 kit because it came with a 383 and a slant 6. Now I need to get the Mobeius 65 Satellite for the center console. Then found some magnum 500’s at a local model toy show. It’s just as hard to gather parts for the 1:25 scales as it is for the real thing.

How do I get the entire process? Do I remove spark plugs? What type of transmission fluid? Anything else I need to know. I have low. Compression in Cylinder 4.

Sounds amazing. I've missed my 85 mkii lately. Right out of high school (almost 15 years ago now) I put a 7MGTE then a 2JZ (NA-T) in it. It sounded great and was fun, but the single turbo and 3" exhaust was very conspicuous and not factory-like in any way... a TT 2JZ mkii must be a lot of fun.

FWIW, I bought that same ‘64 Polara kit and built a David Pearson NASCAR Dodge with it. In fact, I also built the ‘65 Plymouth, but it’s now a Richard Petty car ! So, where’s part three ?

There are multiple conditions that must be present ie the car moving or in drive to trigger the door ajar warning. I remember the parking brake warning would not happen unless you were stepping on the throttle.

I actually have a spare Tach module if someone is looking for one. Thanks for the video, I am rewiring my 64 polara 500 convertible and trying to get Tach working for first time in over 35 years. Maybe you can help me with a single pink wire that runs from Passenger side along the bottom of the glove box towards fuse box. Where does this bad boy connect to? Thank Chris

Johan is historically underscale compared to all other manufactures IMO.

I have one of these in to repair for a customer, the basket doesnt go right down during drying, and not going right down into the jars but starts spinning at high speed half way in the jar, then in the next jar it goes right down. (But by never having used one of these before, i'm unfamilier in how the cleaning cycly runs.) Could this be a micro switch fault? if so how does the carousel lift off in order to gain access to the may switches?

Hi Brian. I have heard your name in the Watch community. I service and restore vintage Seiko primarily. I serviced my first Citizen 8110a movement and it went well. I am trying to determine what is considered good amplitude in one of these moments. I cannot find any videos with actual time graph readings on one of these movements. I see Lift Angle references for this movement at 36 degrees. Very unusual. Can you confirm this? I just ran across some restoration and service pics of yours with TG readings using 52 degrees of lift. What would you consider good amplitude on one of these movements following service? I really love the mk2 build it's definitely one of the cleanest 2jz swaps I've ever seen. I just acquired a 1984 supra auto in maroon with a clean leather matching interior and a sunroof. I'm strongly considering doing the same swap a clean factory looking 2jz auto as a weekend toy build but have no experience once so ever doing a swap, and don't know where to start with a build like that. Is it possible if you can do a in depth walk around on the build just so I and others interested can have an idea on how to go about it, I would strongly appreciate it. Keep up the good work and once again love the build 🤙
