In 2008, 5 trillion$ in pension money, real estate value, 401k, savings, and bonds had disappeared. 7million Americans lost their jobs. 6million lost their homes and that was just the US. Thanx Wall Street. Then we gave them billions to thank them for breaking the world. Those Bastards should still be in jail to this day. This set in motion a tidal wave of evictions and criminally reprehensible real estate preditors who basically destroyed our ability to access affordable housing. These bastards are why so many can bearly afford rent to this day. This whole unfortunate scenario is why there is such a huge homeless crisis. If this were an educated country the protests woulda started in 08 and never woulda stopped untill some justice was achieved.
