Is the shaky camera part of the desensatization?
How many weeks should it take to start getting better? (assuming daily practice)
Imagine doing these exercises in public 😂
These exercises made my pppd motion sensitivity much much worse. Please tell me is that normal? Also, when you put a video like this is respectful to answer people's questions 🙏
When I went to my ear doc, he said the liquid in my right ear is off so he gave me a couple of exercises to do but he did warn me that my symptoms would get worse first before they got better.
Hello , I have motion sickness and it’s too debilitating for me , I live in Toronto Canada Can u give me an address here that I could go for treatment
Does this go with seasickness?
So I didn't fall into anxiety because of motion sickness 😂 now knowing there's help I'm done being scared
I have severe motion sickness will it help and for how many days I will have to do this exercise pls reply
Thank you!
Helpful video thank you.
This video was extremely helpful! Thank you.
OK I get what your'e doing. But does this actually work ? Now that you are fully trained can you go in the middle of a ocean on a boat thats rocking violently while you sit on it trying read a book ? Try it and let me know please before I start your PT schedule thats seems to me a little retarded to be honest :)
Is it okay to feel dizzy for 4-5 days after this exercise...as our body and brain is not used to this
It mean you did it too much !!! You over stimulated your brain!!
@@azramirez7674 i did it for 1min each exercise and yes i have vestibular migrane and mdds- mal de debarquement syndrome
This appears to be easier to do than the Epply technique. Does it tend to be as effective? Do you treat both ears back to back or wait a while between them? Will treating the wrong ear make the symptoms in the effected ear worse?
Thanks, this looks less complicated than the Epply maneuver. If it's not going to make anything worse it would be worth a try.
she is sooo funny right!!💖 i enjoyed watching her video
Thanks very much Emily.
does this help when you somtimes feel motion while sitting still?
she's so funny i like her Lol
Hey guys what is this for? Does it help with sea sickness?
penkata drums Are you better now ? I been suffering from bobbing dizziness especially when I lay down and close my eyes it goes crazy dizziness it’s been like this for 1 week and hopefully this works. Are you cured??
Hey, just watched the video. If you're interested- check out NORA. Neuro optometric rehabilitation. Very informative about visual midline shift syndrome and post trauma vision syndrome. A lot of time TBI and stoke pts have PTVS it will manifest as convergence insufficiently. Both MSS and PTVS can be corrected with prism lenses and Physical Therapy. You'll be impressed. Look for a Dr with a fellowship in NORA for more info
Nice
Is there a link to the sheet of exercises?
Thank you so much - great resource!
it's confusing some of them says to look up and now this one is looking down .
Super helpful, you helped me understand the Motion Sensitivity Quotient and how to use it as an exercise!
Is there a link to this sheet?
Thanks for the tips.
Being a recent PT grad I really like your channel. Please keep posting, I am trying to get as much training in different areas as possible so thanks.
I was shot in the head
