So, in the email you are creating, it doesn't have the same information as the default email which takes someone to their login page and library. Isn't that what you want a purchase confirmation email to do? I'm confused about the content of your purchase confirmation email.

Great, easy to follow video. Thank you. I have a question; the details that were in the original default email that tell the purchaser how to log in and their password details etc, do you also need to say this in the automation email you send? If so, how do you manage this?

I followed along and changed it to option 3, made a sale and she now says she doesn't know how to access the course? As I'm new to this I want it confirmed they are sent an email to make a log in? We don't touch that at all in your suggestion? Thank you.

Great video! I considered buying Kajabi about two years ago but was told by a Kajabi user that their email marketing was not all that great and I would still need an email marketing and automation tool to manage and send emails. Is this still the case or have those features been updated? Also, do they have a CRM included in the email marketing tools?

I need to know if I can sell a stand alone product using Kajabi. Do you have a video that addresses that? I am not talking about shopify or a program like that. We will be selling Background Checks to our Notary customers and I need them to be able to pay us then we have to email our 3rd party partner who will complete the check to finish the screening. Also, we will be selling Insurance and Bonds. I need to be able to add a link for them to fill out the application to apply for each of those products. Do you have a video that can tell me how to use Kajabi to do these things? Our main thing is courses and that is why we want to use Kajabi but we need it to be able to do these other things too. Thanks for your time.

This starts going wrong for me early- one minute into the instructions and I have no activate/deactive button on my navigation menu page. I am not asked if it's a landing page or static page. I am trying to get the link that says My Library in the nav menu on my product page to link to the library page, but all it does is pull up a bar that says "search for something". I am a new Kajabi user and I am frustrated.

Doesn't the input from forms within Kajabi go to the Form Submissions tab within the form settings, which you can then export as a CSV file? Even the custom fields entries?

Great video! I love happyscribe I didn’t know it could be used for this purpose. A question… Is there a way to give course participants the option to turn on closed caption if they want it? Most of my videos are voiceover slides with words on them, but I definitely say more than what’s on the screen, so far, no one has accessibility needs, but I imagine some people might like to see all the words on the screen. Thoughts?

Do you add captions to your course videos?

I love the way Tamsen emphasizes over and over - train yourself to evaluate whether new features/products make your life and the life of your AUDIENCE better/easier or not. Is it worth the re-education process? We all need to ask and answer this question. For some of us it's a "heck yes!" and others it's "no way" and still others "not right now". Don't always jump on the bandwagon just because something is NEW. That has been a tough lesson for me to learn. Go Tamsen!

If I want to presell the course but allow all purchasers to have access to the course on Jan 1st, what would be the best method to use? Drip or Membership? Also, once a student does preorder the course, what will they see in their account as they wait for the course to be release on Jan 1st? I intend on sending out thoughts

Hi! Thanks for the video. Let me see if I understood you correctly…. So, I have three questions: 1) if I’m building my FIRST product as a monthly membership and I want to offer two different price points - a monthly charge & an annual (discounted) one-time charge, I would have one product with two offers on my sales page, correct? 2) if my monthly membership product includes a Facebook live video as part of the monthly content, can the replay video be edited into the product each month - still just one product? 3) if my monthly membership product currently has three categories of content rolled out each month, but I want to add a fourth category at some point, but want to add a higher offer for the four category, can I create a third offer - where depending on the offer price, when students log-in the their product(s), they will only see what they’ve paid for - either 3 categories or four categories? Or if I want to add the fourth category, would I need to create a duplicate product with now four categories and have a separate offer? This last one is tricky to explain.
