Hello sir. Agar mujhe cap round 1st main ek college mila then maine betterment choose kiya aur agar 2nd round main mujhe koi college nahi mila to kya mujhe 1st cap ka college mil sakta hain?

I have been allotted no 4 ,ie pumba If I select betterment, but I don't want welingkar that is my no 3 preference for the cap round 2 I want between JB or SIMSREE. Who can I skip welingkar.? I got a college in my first cap round now say for example, if I am going for betterment and filling colleges that are above my percentile for second cap round wherein I dont get any colleges and want to further go for third cap round where again I am filling colleges that are tough and limited chance to get and where again I got no college at that point still will I able to take admission in the college that was alloted in my first cap round ?
