The Primary Bath is absolutely Beautiful. It is nicer than the new model homes I have seen. No, I take that back I did see one in El Paso Texas and the Primary Bathroom was just huge in a brand-new home It was the best one I have seen. But this house is nice.

Price is high since it needs a lot of updating - very dated. First thing I would do is paint all that wood white and replace all the brown flooring.

For me, the brown could be lightened, paint & light bulbs are two of the easiest, most inexpensive changes for a home. I like that the downstairs isn't just one large open room. Some disadvantages are the stairs ending directly facing the front door. Even slightly curved, someone at the glass inset door has a full view of the stairway. Redo the upstairs wire shelving for custom fitted closets. The odd soaker tub placement would need remodeling, depending on costs, plus other rehabbing, would probably stop most purchasers, IMO. Dated downstairs, this might be a good home for a restoration and renovation sale.

Wow, ok, i thought i loved brown. They took it all upstairs. Good thing paint is the easiest thing to change. And i have that same shade of brown in 3 rooms of my house lol.

It’s a stunning house, but the primary bathroom doesn’t have a tub, and the walk in closet is a little small..that’s my only complaint…otherwise, it’s a beautiful home..the whites, the golds and the beiges all come together to create a gorgeous house, and those vaulted ceilings! 🤍🧡🤎

Love this property, a touch of little landscaping in front w/ flowers, the tall security metal door would give me peace of mind 10/10 while I'm snoring good in bed...only one floor..no anxiety of what's going on the 2nd floor... I could exercise my full lung capacity in that mini pool q morning..kitchen classy feel; like am the queen of this beautiful cooking area...it's 15 min from the airport...

It's a new version of linoleum flooring. Plastic and lamination everywhere. Typical American home. If you have dogs, this is pretty good flooring. It ISN'T "LUXURY" flooring. I would have to redo it, but for that price, not worth it. If you've got kids and dogs it's perfect.

Nice 4 bedroom house, primary/ pool 10/10...the whitish reflection of the kitchen so serene but they forgot the stove vent...I cook a lot, so the steam from my beef/chicken stews will put a brownish smear on the kitchen ceiling after a year that will look like an abstract design, some might even think there might a Roof leak but actually they come from the vapors of your cooking...

A friend told me that the rocks around his house were adding heat to his house. Is that true? What are y'all's experiences with that? Just asking, I am not sure if they do. When you walked into the house and you pointed out the formal dining room, the first thing I thought off: "Oh that will be the Christmas room with a tree so tall it will reach the ceiling and Christmas decorations galore!" I love this house!

Given our body issues, we like this tub for comfort & safety reasons. It allows us a larger surface to sit on & swing our legs in or out.

Your enthusiasm is very special it looks nice from the outside but the floorplan isn't very attractive especially the living room / dinning room seems like the builder let his kid or some mature draw the plan even the masteris all wrong ,i was wondering why the price was so low it's just a shame how much dead space is I n the home id have ti gut it and reframe the inside it's just all wrong

Love the flooring, the paint, and all the upgrades they went with. They did a great job. That yard is a dream. There isn't anything I would change inside or out. And I actually like bubble glass🤷🏾‍♀️
