hello, no I didn't have any replacement item I'm still fighting with banggood to get a new piece but they save time by asking me 40 times for the same video. so still down

I just installed these in my ti30, same thing. Showed error01, then one controller started sparking and smoking. I just started a refund ticket with them, glad to know it will be a pita to get my money back, not to mention it seems to have damaged one of the motors. Scooters only a few weeks old too. Some upgrade this was.

have u figure what's causing this??? i just order the same controller both....and waiting for it to come. after my old controllers both burnt out...cause i think it got wet...water somehow found its way into the scooter chassis. @@jamiekent7666

@@jamiekent7666 its because there is problem with your connection towards your batter / controller it happend with me bec junly controllers are not the same as the orginal ones that coms with it the wiring of the small white box where the small wires are connected has not the same line up for the front and back wheel so u have the change the wire in those 2 small white boxed so that the colors fit the collor of the wires of the other small whithe box for rear and front this should solve ur problem
