Over tightening is my middle name 😂. Always stripping screw heads or bolt threads. Bad habit. Side note, that Southern accent is pretty cool. I thought I was listening to the American Dream Dusty Rhodes telling me how to fix my Fourwheeler..😂😂 I have an issue with the steering being hard to turn. I replace ball joints, tierod ends and wheel bearings on both sides and it turns a little better but surely should still turn easier. The bushing is one thing I haven't checked or changed. Was wondering about greasing it but idk if it'd do any good since you said it didn't really make a difference on greasing a new one. (Btw all that stuff I replaced needed replaced anyway but barely made it easier to turn)
You put the rings on in the wrong order,your top ring is in the second grove.
I put them on how it came off oem so 😳 factory problem been a couple years without issues
Why does it look so slow? And have no power?
Don’t really know it takes off hard but just doesn’t pick up a lot of speed so who knows really I’ve replaced everything lol

great video onky thing u do not have to take the bolts all the way off I'm sure u didn't but sounds like u did but great video loosing up a little both sides add it then tighten if it takes more than 2 mins be shock shoot spend more time opening up package lol great video

They are light nimble atv that can float through almost anything just keep a eye on the wheel bearings they don’t last long

Lol i feel better knowing I'm not the only one with bad luck. Went out this morning into my flooded swamp to go tear a beaver dam down and tie-rod end broke in the deep stuff... So there I was in the storms fighting through the mud and water to replacing it lol... Always good to carry extra parts and tools in waterproof bag! 😅 Btw man that 6x6 is still badass, my poor bike I don't think would make it through what you did!
Heck yeah I try to have spare parts but everything is custom so don’t really have any right now and I think she might make it once I put it back together😁I’m definitely going to try out my luck I’m feeling cocky

You definitely can weld metal and re use it, not everyone rode a short bus 😂
Ain’t much you can reuse on this thing 😂
38 hp and 38 ft/ lbs crankshaft runs longitudinal so much more efficient than other engines ,suspension that has Sag so the ( IFS ) floats over trails . Total weight 650 lbs. This thing is so quiet that it lets you Think while riding. And finally the low gear issue is solved by the transmission torque converter which multiples the first gear and reverse. Pulling the front brakes when one wheel spins then the front end locks two Axls. Once you discover the bad rap is not justified, 😊.
No it’s still justified they are very gut less they hate bigger tires and pulling stuff with them. Sadly they are geared to high for the 700 class atv the old 300s has more bottom end torque
@@CAROLINARUTCUTTERZ so what's your point? You can not even understand the machines capabilities. There is more to a bike than big power as with longevity, dependable reliability. Carolina has soft weather, but the rincon can do all climates and terrain with all people. Have a good day, thanks for your input.
The panel wich the pin keeps backing out of is the cover for your airbox
