I know this an old post, but it just popped up on my feed. I’ve been a fan for a long time Lauren. The crazy thing is that my name is Lauren and my mom’s name was Linda. She actually just passed away today from cancer. I hope everyday is getting easier for you Lauren because I don’t know how I’m going to get through this.

Buckwheat is great carb source, nutritionally and taste wise. I encourage you to experiment preparing meals with it various ways. Try different herbs, spices, sauces and dressings, ground meat, eggs, fry it, boil it, steam it. For example: boil buckwheat, then fry chopped onion and add ground meat (pork, beef) to it. Then add boiled buckwheat into the frying process. Season the mix with salt and black pepper. Try it this way and feel free to compliment it with different sauces, dressings, herbs and spices according to your likings. Good luck for the games!
