How do you lower your outboards to properly drain them once on the floating dock? That's how you prevent corrosion and buildup in the lower unit.

What happens if installed in salt water? Will stuff grow on the underside?

I purchased a dock block for my Craigcat boat. I filled the first row of blocks with water per instructions. The dock is not far enough in the water for my boat to get onto. Can you advise me what to do???

That's slicker then two eels making love in a barrel of snot. There are three year waiting list for boat slips where I am at. They could simply install these along the shore and make a killing. How someone has not thought of it is beyond me.

Wow one wake and this thing is floating away

40 miles is a long way at 4.5MPH, but planning around tides averaged 8.2mph over ground. Towing from bridle undeneath at first was still nose-diving, tried many configurations but ended up with third block back on the starboard side (A3) and that only started to dive at 5.2mph and also survived large ferry wakes

the first 2:50 shouldve been edited out. Seems you need to be a little aggressive to get off the blocks so not good unless there is room for error at the dock/slip/marina?
