Look at therapy as if you are untangling your hair, each session helps you untangle your emotions, the process & path to healing. Pray to find a good therapist, be vulnerable to acknowledge that help will help you actually heal. The exercises they give you really work, & only wise & smart ppl seek therapy from professionals that can help break down healing techniques. Everyday remind yourself You are a Victor and not a victim. Yes during the healing process, definitely stay away. But seek to heal first before reaching forgiveness. OMG girl 😢 this past Sunday I was in a crazy ass car crash that almost could’ve killed me. Due to it happening right when I was going over an overpass on the freeway, I was going hella fast, I lost control of the car and when I was trying to brake the car wouldn’t stop nor brake at all and it kept going 😰 I was so scared and I kept pulling onto the stirring wheel to stop or prevent the car from crashing as fast as I was going on the wall of the freeway or head on and all I kept thinking was Oh my gosh I’m about to hit that wall or corner of the freeway overpass and I’m going to fall off and hit the ground and probably die in this crash horribly! The car started to spin around and I hit head on to the wall and thankfully I didn’t fly off the freeway and girl I suffered a concussion & my forehead split open from the impact & I had to get stitches at the hospital. My boyfriend happened to be on the same freeway as me & he was on his way to work in Fontana & he seen me at that moment right after I crashed and he got out of his car & helped me out of the car! It was all very surreal and it felt unreal but very real at the same time. I’m just very happy that I am still alive and didn’t die this past Sunday in a horrific way or death. That could’ve gone a lot worse for me.

I know that feeling of having the whole world attendant on me to last August my parents were depending on me and I was depending on them and behold my father passed away and my mother went. Alzheimer’s was taken by my older siblings who was never around and dumped into a nursing home so now I’m trying to find myself at age 50 and when you don’t know how to live for yourself, it is quite the journey

Hello beautiful from all the way in Ohio that’s what I love about you. The most is that you’re willing to be truthful about who you are no matter what’s going on. I have found you to be such a strong rock, but even a strong rock needs time to let the water stream over them and you’ve had a lot going on, not professionally personally and you’re trying to keep that healthy balance as I said before you do not owe us any explanations your life is yours and I like that you keep everything separate so that you can maintain your personal life and your business life. I’m sorry you’re feeling overwhelmed and I know I’m just nobody from Ohio, but I love you to death.

Hello Chiquis, I LOVE hearing your podcast!!! You have a great voice for podcast/radio & I hope that we can continue to hear you. It would be awesome if ine day you have your own show (maybe interviewing celebrities like Cristina Saralegui). It seems like you recorded this podcast before your recent loss and my heart goes out to you & Emilio! Give yourself the needed time to grieve and heal as much as possible from this. (Just an FYI- there was a psychic that had predicted your pregnancy a few months ago, she is Viera Vidente & then I was able to pick up on various things from your videos that hinted at this a bit). But nevertheless my heart goes out to you, many of us know that sad feeling of a miscarriage, it's just something tough to accept. Like you stated in this video definitely set more boundaries/limit the projects that you do so you can have peace in your everyday schedule. A simpler life I think definitely brings people more joy and peace! I pray that with time you can still feel excited about planning your wedding & that you get to enjoy the fruits of your labor. Take care of yourself & definitely take it easier, do more self-care things and give yourself much grace through this all! Abrazos Chiquis! ❤
