Finished this project for a customer , this wagon seated for like a year after timing belt went on owner wife . Ironically one week before it went , i told the customer to change the timing belt because its the life on this motors and he went and purchased a touch screen radio instead. Guys today i decided to install this golf city mk4.5 mirrors . I believe it came out from a golf city but i look online and i saw aliexpress sell this for a skoda , polo and golf city Anyways i think the skoda we can put the mirrors into the frame of our original mk4 mirror very easy process guys

Guys today i give a bath to krunchy , it really need it badd!! The pain is terrible , can’t do anything besides repaint it the whole car . Maybe sometime in the future i get it repainted again.

Part 2 for Krunchy So happy the i its not locked after being neglected and i think was sugar what i removed from the fuel tank because i test it and it was kinda sweet syrup so i save it . Ordered the gauges and boost controller and it maybe back soon

They come in a 2004-2005 mk4 wagons or golf gti You need to do the hardness for you car if you like them and making work

Love this, I had oil pressure issue on my Audi B8, 2010 model. I replaced the oil pump and had the same issue. My engen seized 2 months later. I bought another used engen and I now faced with the same issue. Will this work on a Tsfi, CD engen?
If they share the same balance shaft I don’t see why not 👍🏼

No tiptronic sorry but i think the wiring is the same on ecu since you eliminating the transmission it doesn’t matter now I think is the same colors wires

Shifter is just a metal rod all the way to the front not really hard to do , i have sold this kart years ago man

Hey man I just want to say thank you for the time you take out of your day to upload all these videos if seen some 4 5 times hahah I just got my first ever vw alh golf 5 speed I’m a technician at a dealer and get a ton of free used oil . How does the alh like water method injection and used oil at the same time to keep egt down ??
Water meth is dangerously for your engine if spray to much , you can bend rods easily only takes 1 mistake to damage your engine. But works amazing to cool it down . Just be careful I purchased the smallest nozzle in the market for this application 0.50but it gets clogged easy if you not filter it. If that occurs it can affect the spray pattern and send methanol in one direction causing to one cylinder get flooded and thats the end of it . About oil .i used but not straight if you care of your engine. You have to change filters and sometimes opening the ip cap and spray some cleaner on the electronics because it cause a code in ecu on the temp sensor . But thats it is free fuel and I don’t mind take stuff apart ones in a while. Thanks for watching
So why was it cranking and not starting? Mine is doing the same thing. No faults stored. Mine has 11mm pump and .216 injectors. It will start right up with a tiny shot of starting fluid but smokes a bit when starting
Sorry i put 2 videos in one . 2 different issues one car not starting was the injection pump electronics i end up changing the ip . And the second car is how I manage to fix the car to save fuel

Thanks for posting this, balance shafts seized on my 2008 EOS and snaped the bolt on the balance shaft gear, was getting low oil pressure on display when reaching normal operating temp. Followed your steps and working great. Got new bolts from dealer and runing great not getting the low pressure message. Only diffrence I did was pressed the balance shafts out from the other half and just bolted it on the engine. Thanks this video saved me a lot of money I subscribed

@@taco8v Hello, I want to try this on my 2008 Passat. But can anyone explain how this fixes low oil pressure? Isnt the oil pump sprocket still tunring the same regardless of removing the balance shaft part of the assembly or not? Can someone please explain. Great video by the way.
@OgTexMusic yeah you remind with same sprocket and same set up , but heres the thing . Do to the balance shaft has not bearings between the shaft and housing it will get lose and leak oil pressure down low before it gets up to the head and trigger the oil sensor . Even if the pump is pumping normally if this leak is not fix it will not send good oil pressure up to the head . Hope you understand man
@@taco8v yes, I understand now. Thanks. so about 2 years ago I replaced my oil pump/balancer housing. i bought one on ebay for about 400. When I removed the old one it had the broken bolt at the balancer sprocket and the balancers were jammed and very hard to turn. So I put the new oil pump/balancer housing on myself and for about 2 months I thought it was fixed but the low oil pressure warning came back on. Im not sure why the one I bought from ebay would fail so soon but I guess it did. Im hoping I can use the same one and cut it and this will solve my oil pressure problem. And hopefully I dont have the broken sprocket bolt again.
Use balance shaft are the same as the one in your car because they wear out But deleting this will get rid of the problem immediately

Wow! Never seen that spring trick before. But why does the crankcase have so much pressure? Compression ring blow by?
When you want to run more boost in an engine you gap them for more power , and you know they will produce crankcase boost too so you need to be prepared for that , i did it long time ago and my system was to small for this engine to properly breathing

@davidcoupalbergeron2 changing nozzle for a bigger size will definitely need some tuning and Vcds software to check iq Or in some cases you car needs a tune for the nozzle size you upgrading

Maybe is low on fluid or you have worn solenoids maybe time to change the valve body also maybe a torque converter worse the case

Yes i fix it was a lean mixture and blew a piston
They make aftermarket pumps that are amazing and they make bullet impellers that are amazing a lot cheaper and easier just to replace them last a lot longer instead of hacking on it
Everyone has their own ideas thats why we have a variety of things . And is because someone went their own way some failed but some of them worked 🤷♂️

I want a automatic alh golf. I have a 5 speed alh now and I waste a lot of fuel in town. Highway driving for hours on end my 5 speed would be better but I think doing your tune up to an automatic will be better for driving in town with alot of stop and go.
