Hi Patrick. This particular machine is now sold, it was exported to Sweden for a honey jar not the ones in the video. This was just a demonstration video and the machine has not had rollers or brushes fitted to wipe the label down after application. These machines can run at +/ - 0.5 mm accuracy. I see the one label flagging off the knife edge before labeling the jar. I need a closeup look to check for bubbles under the labels. What's the + and - tolerances for this labeler? What is the maximum and smallest container that it will function on? Looks like the Tronics labeler we use. How many ppm will it give using the largest label it will apply? I have same problem how I can fix this problem or any coordinates that can solve the problem I’m talking about label speed

Once they find one flaw, they'll start to scrutinize every label.

Hi Rich. Is it the gap sensor or the product sensor? If it’s the gap sensor you will probably have a small blue box sensing the label or potentially a fork sensor. Does you’re sensor have a push button or a potentiometer? If the sensor has 680297 marked on it press and hold the button for three seconds in the gap. Then wait until the sensor stops flashing. @@ScpackagingTech hi thanks for the reply. It has that number on it and its a taster FS03. I've reset it a few times it just seems to be throwing to many labels out 2 or 3 at a time instead of the regular 1 at a time. Possibly not a sensor issue, maybe software. ?
