It was a nightmare and never worked for me 2 years of trying and not a single print. Once I lost the one year support and still couldn’t get it to work. It wasn’t compatible with a newer computer.

The Machine prints good but the Utility is a nightmare. It gets frozen and there is no way to find out what is going on. No error message, no help. Seler responds days or weeks later to help. Do not buy this thing! It's a very complex equipment with tons of issues.

If each ink has 220ml coverage, why do we need to times it by four? Doesn't the 41 cents per square foot of ink mean total ink used, rather than 1ml of each colour per square foot?

Worst video ever trying to promote this. It would look way better applying the design to durabond aluminum and using temporary adhesion. Applying that design is going cause unwanted shadows and loom terrible. None of my customers would ever want that application versus the way I do ot.

I am producing large decals and cutting them in large sections and I need to assemble them or transfer them to a different piece to make all one for the customer. I don't know what to call it so that I can order it in bulk with no vinyl on it.

Can I use hot peel film for this printer?

We are having a problem with the software. I am hoping someone on this CZcams channel can help us. We go through all the steps we look at the preview and everything shows correct. But when it actually goes to print, the artwork is four times larger then what it should be and all the print settings are correct. We print on vinyl wraps for cars and our printer is 60 inches wide, we try to print a simple 12” x 12” graphic on the 60 inch wide vinyl wrap and for some reason the software increases the size to be 60 inches. We have double checked all the settings and every thing appears to be normal and the print preview shows a 12 x 12. Is there anybody out there that can help us troubleshoot this issue?

If you're using Sure Cuts A Lot (Pro 4 and 5 for sure), you'll have to select Skycut as the cutter brand in order to enter the IP address in the software to establish the WiFi connection. These are rebranded Skycut C-Series machines. Choosing USCutter and Pcut does not give the option to enter the IP address. Included instructions will tell you to choose "PrismCut" which does not exist in SCAL.

Issue I am having there is a ghost image on my print area, my cutter cuts my image fine, but towards the end as it returns to its begging point, it puts down the blade and cuts across my newly cut vinyl, I saw a way to refresh my area it envolved highlighting the entire area ( I then saw the nodes, or nodels however you say it) I. Hit the delete button, and my page was clean to start a new vinyl session. Would you know where i go to complete that option to do this?

I'm a big fan on communication and time spent. That was great especially on Contour Cutting. Most straight forward understandable tutorial on something that's been overly-explained into the realm of complication. After viewing this video on Vinyl Master I'm thinking on getting it. It seems making work much easier, minimizing learning curves and spending time that really counts in a sign business and that is productivity, meeting deadlines and onto the bank..
