I’m a mutt. 😂 My dads dads side is Scottish and my pappaw traveled to Scotland to research our family lineage, Livingston, twice. He found our plaid and our coat of arms. My dads moms side was English. My moms dads side we aren’t really sure but we know there is a tad of Cherokee Indian. My moms moms side is Irish with a tad more Cherokee Indian. I haven’t done any of the genetic tests because so many end up public info and I like to keep my dna to myself. 😂 But I love hearing and learning about our history! Isn’t the Dutch the ones with the beautiful tulips and wooden shoes? My dads mom seemed interested in that when I was younger and told me about it. Who knows we might have some Dutch too.

Because in today's world even if you go out of your way to be polite, pragmatic, and put your criticisms across in a non malicious way, there are many who see anyone percieved as a minority as a poor victim who can do no wrong. They have become so used to 10, 15, 20 years ago when they could silence any criticism and counter debait by saying "You're racist" or "You're a Nazi" or "You're (insert flavor of the month)phobic." They continue to do so almost as a reflex, so they can ignore logical debate and justify thier own bias and drive the, all minorities are victims agenda.

Maybe one day white people will do with the word racist, what black people did with the n-word and turn it into a term of affection and endearment. If blacks use it, they lose THEIR jobs, but whites get to use it every day. If it's good for the goose.....

Get with the times... "racist" has become a meaningless word... if anything it is something to be proud of... it means you are not a mindless woke zombie.

We live in times of oppression Olympics. There's a lot of people who want to weaponize people's empathy for their own goals. Sometimes it's to make themselves appear virtuous when really they're bringing others down, and other times it's to shield from criticism particularly from things that should be criticised. This is the culture we live in. Merit is no longer as valued. The is an overcompensation against racism that calls itself "anti racism", but that's only they way it advertises itself to get people on side. Interactions with others has been poisoned due to anti-social media. It's best not to pay attention to it, because there's way too much negativity and hostility and it becomes all consuming to those who get too invested.

It's a trump card. The first person to accuse the other of racism wins. In their mind.

There's one race with a diversity of skin, hair and eyes colour so racism is a non word, same with the words homo/trans/islamo-phobia . All of those are made up by bullies wanting to play the victim!
