Is its movement adapter ring plastic or metal, and what is the exact mass of the watch in grams? Like the whole 6R15 line up most are simply fouled up with the minute tracks having too many subdivisions to look truly elegant and easy on the eye, they're all crapped up in that way and it spoils the look.
This or SDGM003 (Black version)? Which looks better in real life?

B Rock I own this watch. in the light the dial is stunning. Fantastic watch. Beautiful finish. An incredible bargain. I wear it and all the time ! I do not think there are a lot of better finished, more beautiful dress watches it this price category, definately not Swiss in that price range

thats correct seiko has done such a great job on their movement that it can best some or not more great swiss brands out there
All I can complaint..Why not buy 1 more BLACK MONSTER to complete a pair?? (I already had Orange Monster) Beautiful movement! Seiko is not super expensive but show that "WORK HORSE" that Seiko engineer and workers are working hard to serve the WORLD....GO SEIKO ( make sure on case and bracelet not say MADE IN CHINA that I hate so much)

I meant ALL the hands move in perfect sync with time and is even accurate to less than 1 second per day...and it's NOT battery powered for you non watch fanatic viewers. Seiko said this is their greatest technical achievement in decades! I agree!!!
That is THE best and smoothest second hand in the world...truly perfect! This second hand is superior to any watch costing hundreds of thousands...and that's not hype! Just watch this second hand! OMG!!!!!!!!
