My journey began using an old laptop from 2005 and Windows Vista on board. but I understand all the people here who grew up in the 80s and 90s, because I feel exactly the same feelings of loss of something bright, rainbow, cool and free, I feel the loss of a bright future that has not come. I have 6 cats, a jack russel and a garden with my family and very happy. i dont care power, i dont care how i look, i dont care how many friends or money you have. i dont care what people thinks about me. i can buy any car in the world but i only wear cheap black thsirts and a casio g-shock. The key is the family, not the money or power.

I think i feel nostalgia. But there is one problem - I was born in 2004

What a magnificent song. I can't really describe all the palette of emotions which I have when listen to this but, mostly, I feel at peace. I feel harmony which is close to the absolute one. Somewhat, I ascend. Sometimes, there is a feeling of having something missed, though. This ambience does have a soul. And when I went down to the comments filled with the sense of nostalgia and with childhood stories, I've also remembered what I lost. I was born in 2004, so I've never been a 80's/90's kid. My first operating system was Windows XP(maybe should've written the comment below the XP video but I was touched by this very track). I'd had my first PC at 6 y/o, so in the beginning of 10s. Back then, surfing the Internet felt great, it was invigorating, elitist and new to me. Sometimes, I'd draw something in Paint. Year by year, that feeling began to fade. I appreciated Windows XP, I pretty much liked Windows 8 what I had after but now it feels so generic. Partially, I've got used to this. Partially, Internet became less free. A lot of sites what I liked to visit are now blocked or shut down. The era had gone away. And I miss those times.

Listen people, we who are now 35-45, we lived through one of the best periods mankind has ever lived in it's history, full of hopes and dreams, a peaceful world at the turn of the millennium. You know that feeling of walking into your school with your headphones on and your discman, listening to music that would almost make you float while the sun is hitting your face, nothing can stop you, you only look forward, you are invincible, life is amazing and the future looks beautiful and filled with promises. This felling, this is our fountain of youth, never forget how you felt in the 90s. Bring it back to your life and never let it go, it's like our own version of Peter Pan's happy thought. It's what makes us fly and stay young inside. As much as pessimism has sipped into our world, as much uncertainty and conflict there is, you and i have this special thing, we know how to look forward in hope for the future, and we can use that and make the world a better place by simply doing what we did in the 90's, which is to dream of a better future. Let the people around you see the hope in your eyes, let them have a peek into your inner child, let the world be what you make of it.

This comment section almost feels like a portal to the past. I almost feel like I'm a kid again surfing the internet & trying to figure out what "lol" means and why people are saying it all the time.
