The 1890 Initiative

1890 is a name, image, and likeness (NIL) collective built to support Nebraska student-athletes. We’re dedicated to assisting students in the Husker football, volleyball, basketball, baseball, and other athletic programs in getting the most benefit from NIL while positively impacting the Nebraska community on and off the field or court.
We partner with charitable organizations in the community and across the state. Our goal is to improve charitable organizations' visibility and outreach efforts through relationships with student-athletes. Organizations, meanwhile, gain opportunities to participate in meaningful events and make a greater impact in their communities by attending events promoting charitable causes, helping with youth sports clinics, and performing community outreach to fulfill their NIL obligations. This is a win-win for our athletes and for the state of Nebraska.

I love Brice. He’s obviously not a big talker, so it unintentionally funny. Brice is a large human being who has consistently made himself better. It’s a real blessing to have that coof year. We have about a half dozen players who get one more year to make things better.
