Him fir more than an hour, thenl we realised me and my mate were last people and there was nobody elvse I coild ask. He done it wirthout batting an eyelid. I have mixed feelings about all the theatrics here. I think out of everyone who leans into that aspect of performance, Attila is one of the better ones. Also a song and album like this certainly deserves this level of respect, having been about Dead's NDE and also the album that claimed Euro's life. I do feel like Attila is aware of how much weight this song and album holds, and I think he is an amazing vocalist, but I also feel that with all this performance a lot of the aggression is taken out of the song itself. Everything feels more toned down and in support of the performance Attila gives as the pseudo face of the band. Personally, as """cool""" as the costumes and shit might be (I do like the skull), I would prefer everyone in shorts and tees if it meant the performance was more raw and passionate. And yeah, I always lol at Hellhammer not doing the facepaint. Respect.
