Can you do one for the best audio settings that use the least amount of CPU. My VLC keeps freezing when I play audio. I wanna make it use the least amount of Ram possible.

It's work for me Amd ryzen 5600H processor. When apple logo stuck then solution it's take 1-2 hour for downloading macos on your vmware

Great resource - worth noting that you don't need the Pro version of VMware Workstation, you can just use the the free Workstation Player - I am using VMware Workstation 17 Player. Took about 1 hour to run through the full installation/setup on my Ryzen 7 5800H laptop.
