I lost my Launch x431 v v4.0 DS301 vci. I have since purchased another vci of the same. Will it work with my Launch x431? I am using pre-installed spftware.
Where did you buy the new VCI? The new VCI has a new serial number, to make it work , the serial number should be tied to your X431 V in the background. And if the VCI is second hand, it will not work, it should be a complete new one.

Can you provide feedback on scenario when same username was used for two different Launch device? It seems when I purchased 2nd Launch device and setup user info, it will log off other device and prevent me from updating software updates.
Same username can not log in two different devices at the same time, but you can create a technician account for one of the device. Select User Info--Setting--Device account management--add technician account. Any questions please email us kingbolen8@gmail.com

Also is there anyway to add new features to older Launch Device via separate apk? Such as the Launch TPMS gun for example. Since it's Bluetooth communication.
The renewal is based on the device serial number. And if there are new features added, LAUNCH will push upgrade for the device.@@frankchen7412
