So if sexuality is fluid, is it something that is “random”? Or does there have to be some kind of reason such as environment or trauma ? Because why would someone who is comfortable being heterosexual and loves it and is in a loving relationship etc.. why would that person want their sexuality to just “randomly” change.. like is it something that hits someone like a cold ? Please explain, someone.

Traditional to whom? What religion? What nationality? Historically, ancient history, women did not have a specific role. They were pharaohs, gods, community/tribal leaders. It didn't change until men became paranoid about their personal position in life.

Does Jonathan Brown mean that if a gay couple went to a Masjid and asked the Imam to conduct marriage, that Imam should conduct a same sex marriage and forget the verse of Quran 7:81 "Verily, you practice your lusts on men instead of women. Nay, but you are a people transgressing beyond bounds."

Dr Nicolosi dealt with the core of homosexuality: trauma, emotional pain and shame besides others correlated feelings such as rage, low self-esteem, sadness, etc.. Glad to see his son taking on the mission! All this work is a blessing which gives freedom to guys like me who have endured a lifelong suffering with impact in several aspects of life.

Dr nicolosi helped me finally understand why I thought I was gay. I know male homosexual psychology is different from the female counterpart, but the description of feeling other, like women were mysterious but men were familiar, was a big driving factor in accepting a gay identity. I'm still angry. My life could have been so different had I had male AAA. Now I have to attend AA as a consequence of living the "gay" lifestyle.
