The removal of the two parts of the valve holder shown at 1:06 isn't happening for me - they seem stuck. Any tips?
Beware, this video makes servicing look more straight forward than it is. The ET60 is not identical to the ET80 shown in the video. If you doubt your technical competence you may be better off buying a new pump (considering the cost of the service kit). Also if you are looking to do a quick service so the pump is not out of action for long I found that my unit was VERY HOT inside and the motor casing retains the heat.
I have the ET100 model and the motor runs but no air flow, I have never serviced it and was unfamiliar with this process. Does it sound like my fix is simply buying the service kit and replacing these to return air flow to normal?
Hi Chris, I have just replaced the diaphragms in my 2 year old pump and they’re no sign of any wear. I suspect I’ve wasted my time and am minded never to do it again. How old was your pump before it failed. Please.

Not sure we were watching the same video. Several steps skipped, were did the white plastic pieces come from that were attached to the new rubber diaphragms? Parts that (I feel) should be included in the service kit are left out, i.e. the rubber one-way valves, are they not perceivably just as likely to perishing as the main diaphragm.

Could have been a good tuition vidoe, big hands in the way of view of removing inner parts' try again without the hands
