Not everyone still has their PS2 or a copy of Jak X. It's not like retailers still stock them. Just be glad that emulators let more people play them far into the future.

i used to farm these as a mage during classic, would get a drop around every 1-2 days, farming about 6 hours a day. Was really good gold back then, and hunters hated me hah. The real reason i was farming there was because of Freezing Band having a high drop chance there, however i only ever found 1.
