Nevermind I watched again and figured it out.

Hey Cheri! I see you found your answers, but I want to add a couple of things I have learned while using the pocket. First, I added another belt loop to the back to keep it more secure while I'm riding. Second, I really need to add stronger velcro than the brand I used in the video. Also, I ended up stitching the velcro because the stick didn't hold while I was riding. I do have to say I use mine 5 days a week, it's gone through the washer many times, and it has held up pretty well for the amount of work I put into it! ;) I appreciate your time and comment! ps...love the puppy in the pic!

@@scrappyhorses thank you for the reply and further info on making it better. I'm really wanting to make this one for sure. The pup in my profile photo was my boy that passed last August 31st. He lived to 14.5 but sadly declined rapidly when he got dementia. One of his daughters that we have also passed just 3 days shy of her 13th birthday this year due to cancer. I still have her sister and so far she is doing fine at almost 13.5 years old. She is my littlest one. The only thing is she went through a personality change after we lost the other two - becoming shy and scared of every little noise. I've been trying to find another mini schnauzer so it will help to bring her out of that but there are pretty much none in Oregon. She is a little bit better though. Actually wants to play occasionally which is something the girls hardly ever did for years! Loved watching your horses during the eclipse video. I used to have a palomino quarter horse filly when I was in high school many years ago. Loved riding her.

Good question! I printed it just as it looked on the screen in black and white; then I colored the sepia tones with Copic E 30's/50's. I colored the inside of the glasses with various Copic colors. Hope that helps; thanks so much for reaching out!

@@scrappyhorses haha I used to collect paper scraps, fabric scraps etc for mix media but I never have the time to try it out again. Too busy with drawing nowadays! Your creations are very inspiring!

Thanks so much for your comment and question! I did the first offset to cut as a basic cut and place under the black string of lights to help it show up better on the card; you can see this at 17:06. The 2nd offset is to weld into the cardbase; you can see this at 6:33 in the video. Hope this is helpful!
